believes in providing products that consistently meet expectations of the
Customers so that MATHURA products are
their first choice.
This shall be achieved through the joint efforts of the members of the
Organization, the Customers and last but not the least, the Vendors.
Quality Certificate : MATHURA is pleased
to announce that by sustaining the efforts in maintaining the various
quality systems, the validity of the Certificate of Approval for ISO 9001:2000
has been extended for another Three years, i.e., up to 14.12.2003 by the
Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
The standard quality control features of the Company includes amongst
others, the following:
- Inspection of Raw material
- Inspection at Vendor’s premises
- Spot inspection / stage inspection
- Final inspection
- Periodic calibration of measuring and testing instruments
- Strict control and disposal of non-conforming components
- Customer complaint analysis and feedback implementation
Vital assembly components are manufactured in-house to ensure high degree
of accuracy, aesthetics and reliability. These components range from
mouldings, pressed components, machined parts etc. Further processing jobs,
such as plating, painting, fitting ensues only after satisfactory stage
inspection reports are generated.
The fact that every new product is actually put into commercial production
only after successful completion of related Type Tests at independent and
reputed Laboratories, stand testimony to our commitment to deliver
world-class products.
