A variety of Push Button stations are manufactured in engineering thermoplastic and metallic versions, in their elegant Grey and Yellow colour options. These are designed for maximum human comfort. Push buttons with any combination of NO / NC contacts can be offered. Based on their utility, they are classified into the following: 

Grey type provides IP:54 degree of ingress protection. These are fitted with 10A 415V AC and 1A 220V DC, 1NO + 1NC contact elements. The contacts are of the break before make type, thus permitting electrical interlocking for reversing starters.

b)  Fixed Push Button Stations Four categories of Fixed push button stations are offered: 1) Standard Push Button stations in moulded thermoplastic enclosure : These are used for - START + STOP, START + STOP + INDICATION. Wiring is terminated directly on the contact element terminals. No separate terminal blocks in this type. A close fitting gasket provided gives IP:55 degree of protection. 2) Push Button stations in cast Aluminium enclosure : These are generally used in dust laden industrial environments where a rugged enclosure with IP:55 degree of protection is preferred. Being made of cast aluminium, they are suitable for highly corrosive atmosphere such as in fertilizer and other chemical plants. Cast aluminium or sheet steel canopy is fitted to those meant for outdoor application. Terminal blocks are fitted inside, duly wired from the contact elements. Threaded cable entry provided for Cable Glands. 3) Push Button stations in sheet steel enclosure : These are generally custom-built to suit the customer's requirement. Push buttons with few accessories like Meters etc. can be offered . Terminal blocks are fitted inside, with contact elements duly wired up. Powder coated finish on epoxy base ensures maximum resistance to corrosion. These stations offer IP:55 degree of protection. 4) Push button stations in Stainless enclosure : Made for Pharmaceutical, Medical, Food and Chemical industry applications, these stations are built to customer specifications. Although these are used indoors, IP:54 degree of protection offered ensures adequate protection against water splashing, which generally occurs during washing process.
