Two types of hooters are available with one thing in common. Aesthetics. The  MATHURA hooters are most sought after hooters for both performance and aesthetics.

1) Electro-magnetic hooters   
Available in two sizes of 100mm diameter and 116mm diameter. Smaller one is of thermoplastic, while the bigger is of die cast  aluminium. 

Sound is produced by a vibrating diaphragm which vibrates at the frequency of the electrical supply system, in the AC type. Similar effect is produced by a make-break arrangement in the circuit for the DC type.

 2) Electronic hooters
Hi-tech electronic hooters with SMPS on input side ensures long life and reliability. Standard 96x96 sq mm panel cutout is required for mounting. Three different tones selectable by wiring. Buzzers used give more reliability. No paper cone speakers .
